We collaborate with a host of artists to commission one-of-a-kind artwork while incorporating pieces you already own or hold special meaning. When designing living areas, we source from a wide selection of fabrics and customized furnishings such as sofas and chairs that are built to the dimensions of the room and their intent. Soft goods such as window treatments, rugs, pillows, and bedding are custom-made as well. These pieces require careful planning.
After selecting fabrics and other key details, the professionals at NEET Design Group place orders on your behalf, tracks all items, and arranges for white glove delivery. We are onsite for installations and perform full inspections and resolve any deficiencies. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, we manage it all. We collaborate with trusted tradesmen such as painters, electricians, woodworkers, along with upholsterers, flooring installers, and other vendors who will play a role in your home’s transformation.

Design Proposal
With our preliminary scope of work and budget complete, we customize the letter of agreement. Once we review the legal document, sign, and confirm a retainer we move onto designing.
Design, Development, and Specifications
We meet again to refine and approve the design concept. This is where the creative juices flow and we add details to your design. At this stage we bring in trades personnel and contractors to ensure a cohesive plan of action. Trust us to make all the required changes and revisions including drawings floor plans, elevation plans, reflective ceiling plans, lighting plans. We also help you with sourcing appliances, fixtures and furnishing schedules.
Design Presentation
With the design plan complete, we present the renderings of your new space. The conceptual drawings show placement, materials, finishes, and samples. Kitchen projects often require more than presentation. Here is where revisions on products and appliances are made to ensure you are happy with the design plan.
Execution
After receiving the final approvals on selections, the ordering process begins. This can be a complex phase of coordinating with multiple contractors and vendors but we have a streamlined system of checks and balances allowing you the freedom to move on with life.
Finishing Touches
Here’s when the installation of fixtures and construction is complete. Here is where we fine tune the transformation with the last little touches. Lastly, we have our professional photographer come in to capture the look.
